LTC6655/LTC6655LN 0.25ppm Noise, Low Drift Precision References FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Low Noise: The LTC 6655 is a complete family of precision bandgap n 0.25ppm (0.1Hz to 10Hz) 625nV for the voltage references, offering exceptional noise and drift P-P P-P LTC6655-2.5 performance. This low noise and drift is ideally suited n 0.21ppm (10Hz to 1kHz) for the LTC6655LN for the high resolution measurements required by instru- RMS C = 100F mentation and test equipment. In addition, the LTC6655 NR n Low Drift: 2ppm/C Max is fully specified over the temperature range of 40C n High Accuracy: 0.025% Max to 125C, ensuring its suitability for demanding auto- n No Humidity Sensitivity (LS8 Package) motive and industrial applications.
