LTC2932 Con gurable Six Supply Monitor with Adjustable Reset Timer and Supply Tolerance FEATURES DESCRIPTION Simultaneously Monitors Six Supplies The LTC 2932 is a con gurable supply monitor for sys- 16 User Selectable Combinations of tems with up to six supply voltages. One of 16 preset or 5V, 3.3V, 3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V and adjustable voltage monitor combinations can be selected Adjustable Voltage Thresholds using an external resistive divider connected to the mode Guaranteed Threshold Accuracy: 1.5% select pin. The preset voltage thresholds are digitally Selectable Supply Tolerances: 5%, 7.5%, 10%, con gurable to 5%, 7.5%, 10%, or 12.5% below the 12.5% Below Monitored Voltage nominal operating voltage. The LTC2932 also features Reset Disable Pin for Margining Applications adjustable inputs with a 0.5V nominal threshold. All six Low Supply Current: 52A open-drain voltage comparator outputs are connected to Power Supply Glitch Immunity separate pins for individual supply monitoring. Guaranteed RST for V 1V CC The reset timeout period is adjustable using an external High Temperature Operation to 125C capacitor. The RST output is guaranteed to be in the 20-Lead TSSOP Package correct state for V down to 1V and may be disabled CC during supply margin testing. Each status output has a APPLICATIONS weak internal pull-up and may be externally pulled up to Desktop and Notebook Computers an external voltage. Multivoltage Systems The 52A supply current makes the LTC2932 ideal for Telecom Equipment power conscious systems and the part may be con gured Portable Battery-Powered Equipment to monitor less than six inputs.
