LTC2609/LTC2619/LTC2629 Quad 16-/14-/12-Bit Rail-to-Rail DACs with 2 I C Interface Fserutae Dnoitpircse n Smallest Pin-Compatible Quad DACs: The LTC 2609/LTC2619/LTC2629 are quad 16-, 14- and 12- LTC2609: 16 Bits bit, 2.7V to 5.5V rail-to-rail voltage output DACs in a 16-lead LTC2619: 14 Bits SSOP package. They have built-in high performance output LTC2629: 12 Bits buffers and are guaranteed monotonic. n Guaranteed Monotonic Over Temperature These parts establish new board-density benchmarks for n Separate Reference Inputs 16- and 14-bit DACs and advance performance standards n 27 Selectable Addresses for output drive and load regulation in single-supply, volt- 2 n 400kHz I C Interface age-output DACs. n Wide 2.7V to 5.5V Supply Range 2 n The parts use a 2-wire, I C compatible serial interface. The Low Power Operation: 250A per DAC at 3V n LTC2609/LTC2619/LTC2629 operate in both the standard Individual Channel Power Down to 1A (Max) n mode (clock rate of 100kHz) and the fast mode (clock High Rail-to-Rail Output Drive (15mA, Min) n rate of 400kHz). Ultralow Crosstalk Between DACs (5V) n LTC2609/LTC2619/LTC2629: Power-On Reset to The LTC2609/LTC2619/LTC2629 incorporate a power-on Zero-Scale reset circuit. During power-up, the voltage outputs rise less n LTC2609-1/LTC2619-1/LTC2629-1: Power-On Reset than 10mV above zero-scale after power-up, they stay at to Mid-Scale zero-scale until a valid write and update take place. The n Tiny 16-Lead Narrow SSOP Package power-on reset circuit resets the LTC2609-1/LTC2619-1/ LTC2629-1 to mid-scale. The voltage outputs stay at mid- a snoitacilpp scale until a valid write and update take place.
