LTC1693 High Speed Single/Dual N-Channel MOSFET Drivers FEATURES DESCRIPTIO n Dual MOSFET Drivers in SO-8 Package The LTC 1693 family drives power N-channel MOSFETs or Single MOSFET Driver in MSOP Package at high speed. The 1.5A peak output current reduces n 1GW Electrical Isolation Between the Dual Drivers switching losses in MOSFETs with high gate capacitance. Permits High/Low Side Gate Drive The LTC1693-1 contains two noninverting drivers while n 1.5A Peak Output Current the LTC1693-2 contains one noninverting and one invert- n 16ns Rise/Fall Times at V = 12V, C = 1nF CC L ing driver. These dual drivers are electrically isolated and n Wide V Range: 4.5V to 13.2V CC independent. The LTC1693-3 is a single driver with an n CMOS Compatible Inputs with Hysteresis, output polarity select pin. Input Thresholds are Independent of V CC n All MOSFET drivers offer V independent CMOS input Driver Input Can Be Driven Above V CC CC n thresholds with 1.2V of typical hysteresis. They can level- Undervoltage Lockout n shift the input logic signal up or down to the rail-to-rail V Thermal Shutdown CC drive for the external MOSFET.
