Additional Infomation About Product

The LT5581IDDB#TRPBF is an RMS RF power detector manufactured by Analog Devices. It has a frequency range of 10 MHz to 6 GHz and is designed to provide a low power precision RMS RF power detection. The IC provides a direct digital output when used with the AD8331-EVALZ circuit board and has a maximum power sensitivity of -60 dBm with a minimum of -80 dBm or better. The IC has a built-in temperature compensated cut-off frequency, allowing it to maintain accurate operation in a wide temperature range. It is available in a 2mmx2mm 8-lead TDFN package or a 3-lead SOT-23 package.
