The 24.7dBm at 1950MHz IC includes a high speed differential LO buffer amplifier 23.7dBm at 2.6GHz driving a double-balanced mixer. Broadband, integrated n Conversion Gain: 3.3dB at 900MHz transformers on the RF and LO inputs provide single-ended 2.9dB at 1950MHz 50 interfaces. The differential IF output allows convenient n 3dBm LO Drive Level interfacing to differential IF filters and amplifiers, or is n Low LO Leakage easily matched to drive a single-ended 50 load, with or n Low Noise Figure: 10.6dB at 900MHz without an external transformer. 11.7dB at 1950MHz The RF input is internally matched to 50 from 1.6GHz n Low Power: 3.3V/269mW to 2.3GHz, and the LO input is internally matched to 50 n 50 Single-Ended RF and LO Ports from 1GHz to 5GHz.
