LT1361/LT1362 Dual and Quad 50MHz, 800V/m s Op Amps FEATURES DESCRIPTIO n 50MHz Gain Bandwidth The LT1361/LT1362 are dual and quad low power high n 800V/m s Slew Rate speed operational amplifiers with outstanding AC and DC n 5mA Maximum Supply Current per Amplifier performance. The amplifiers feature much lower supply n Unity-Gain Stable current and higher slew rate than devices with comparable TM n C-Load Op Amp Drives All Capacitive Loads bandwidth. The circuit topology is a voltage feedback n 9nV/ Hz Input Noise Voltage amplifier with matched high impedance inputs and the n 1mV Maximum Input Offset Voltage slewing performance of a current feedback amplifier. The n 1m A Maximum Input Bias Current high slew rate and single stage design provide excellent n 250nA Maximum Input Offset Current settling characteristics which make the circuit an ideal n 13V Minimum Output Swing into 500W choice for data acquisition systems. Each output drives a n 3.2V Minimum Output Swing into 150W 500W load to 13V with 15V supplies and a 150W load to n 4.5V/mV Minimum DC Gain, R =1k 3.2V on 5V supplies. The amplifiers are stable with any L n 60ns Settling Time to 0.1%, 10V Step capacitive load making them useful in buffer or cable n 0.2% Differential Gain, A =2, R =150W driving applications.
