The LT1070CT#PBF is a power supply IC from Analog Devices. It is a low noise, high current voltage regulator specifically designed for computer memory and peripheral applications. The LT1070CT#PBF is a monolithic IC that includes an external MOSFET driver, a voltage reference, an adjustable oscillator and an error amplifier. It can deliver up to 70A of continuous output current with a minimum line and load regulation of +/- 0.1%. The device is capable of maintaining a tightly regulated voltage over a wide range of load current and line conditions. The LT1070CT#PBF also features thermal foldback, overvoltage and overcurrent protection to ensure safe operation in the event of a fault. The device is housed in a thermally efficient TSA24 package with a thermal impedance of 4°C/W.
