Additional Infomation About Product

The DS8500-JND+T&R is an Electronic Part with Interface - Specialized HART Modem manufactured by Analog Devices. It is a multi-channel (four channel) HART modem hosted by FPGA that supports message encryption and four different protocols for communication. It supports both Tx/Rx modem modes, allowing it for both Rx and Tx operations. This part supports up to five-meter cables, and up to 8,000 nodes. The DS8500-JND+T&R has a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, and operates on a 3.3V DC supply voltage. It is a programmable device, meaning that the end user has the ability to customize the behavior of the part. This part is suitable for use in hazardous areas and is certified for use in hazardous locations.
