Tactical Grade, Six Degrees of Freedom Inertial Sensor Data Sheet ADIS16485 FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION Triaxial, digital gyroscope, 450/sec dynamic range The ADIS16485 iSensor device is a complete inertial system that 0.05 orthogonal alignment error includes a triaxial gyroscope and a triaxial accelerometer. Each 6/hr in-run bias stability inertial sensor in the ADIS16485 combines industry-leading 0.3/hr angular random walk iMEMS technology with signal conditioning that optimizes 0.01% nonlinearity dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes Triaxial, digital accelerometer, 5 g each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration Triaxial, delta angle, and delta velocity outputs (gyroscope bias). As a result, each sensor has its own dynamic Fast start-up time, ~500 ms compensation formulas that provide accurate sensor measurements.
