Six Degrees of Freedom Inertial Sensor Data Sheet ADIS16367 FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION Tri-axis digital gyroscope with digital range scaling The ADIS16367 iSensor is a complete inertial system that includes 300/sec, 600/sec, 1200/sec settings a tri-axis gyroscope and tri-axis accelerometer.
