The AD8310ARMZ-REEL7 is an integrated logarithmic amplifier, voltage detector, and adjustable gain controller manufactured by Analog Devices. The device has a single supply voltage range of 3V to 15V and requires no external components for operation. It is designed for applications in cellular and cordless telephone systems, as well as radio systems, antenna systems, and optical transceiver systems. It features a wide 400MHz to 500MHz frequency response, a 92dB logarithmic dynamic range, a 0 to 70dB adjustable gain control range, and 15ns slew rate for fast response times. It is packaged in an 8-lead uSOIC surface-mount package.
