Additional Infomation About Product

This integrated circuit (IC) from Analog Devices is an adjustable gain amplifier with a modulator/demodulator which is available in a 13-inch reel package. The AD630ARZ-RL features a very low noise, wideband, variable gain amplifier with adjustable filter bandwidth. The IC is designed for use in high-speed modulation systems, allowing the user to quickly adjust the gain of the amplifier over wide bandwidths without affecting the gain accuracy. This IC is ideal for use in high-performance modulation systems, such as audio and video telecommunication applications. It is operated in the 1 to 24 MHz frequency range and offers excellent accuracy over a wide gain range. Additionally, the IC includes on-chip over-temperature protection to help ensure reliable operation.
