Additional Infomation About Product

The AWT6652Q7 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic amplifier manufactured by Anadigics. The device is primarily used for applications in cellular and wireless infrastructure as an intermediate power amplifier (IPA). This component has a consistent linear performance and is capable of supporting a wide variety of frequency bands, including 850, 900, 1750 and 1900 MHz. It has a high upper frequency limit, allowing it to be used in applications with demanding high frequency requirements. The AWT6652Q7 is designed with a digital pre-distortion algorithm that allows the device to achieve a high linearity of 36 dBm at 1 dB compression. It also features integrated on-board temperature sensors that enable optimization of its performance.
