Additional Infomation About Product

1010AQF144: The ADG1010AQF144 is an analog digital converter IC with an integrated precision reference. The ADD1010AQF144 is a 14-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that is part of the of the ADG1010AQF144. It is designed to convert digital input codes into analog output voltages or currents with a resolution of 14 bits (0.0625LSB). It is compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic and provides voltage and current output options. It has an on-chip reference of ±1.25V, allowing it to have ±10V full-scale output voltage or ±4.88mA full-scale output current. The ADD1010AQF144 also has ±0.5LSB DNL, ±1LSB INL and a settling time as fast as 4µs. The output noise is 4µVrms and it offers a programmable gain feature to enable noisy signals to be processed with digital filters and then converted to a well-defined analog level.
