Additional Infomation About Product

Cruise Control (ACC) Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is a vehicle control system that automatically adjusts the speed of a vehicle to maintain a set following distance from a vehicle in front. The 400027R part of ACC is a radar distance/velocity sensor which uses radio waves to detect the velocity and the distance of a vehicle in front. The sensor emits microwave signals, and the receiver is mounted behind a plastic window on the front of the vehicle. This signal is then used by the ACC system to control the current speed, as well as the gap and total following time. In addition, the signal from the radar sensor is also used to activate the emergency brake if necessary.
