.The P162U31 Digital Isolator SOIC_N-16 RoHS package is a 16-pin package manufactured by 2Pai Semi. It is a single channel, fully insulated digital isolator module that is designed for use in high-bandwidth applications. It is based on chip-on-board technology and features tiny packaging for a small footprint. The P162U31 isolator provides digital isolation for fast RS232, CAN bus, and other digital communication lines synchronization. It has a data transfer rate of up to 600 Mbps and a logic level translation potential of up to 12V. It also has over-temperature protection and over-current protection, as well as 4,000 Volts isolation rating. This isolator is RoHS compliant and is designed for low power consumption.
