MAX4626/MAX4627/ 0.5, Low-Voltage, Single-Supply MAX4628 SPST Analog Switches General Description Benefits and Features The MAX4626/MAX4627/MAX4628 are low-on-resistance, Low R ON low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog 0.5 max (+5V Supply) switches that operate from a +1.8V to +5.5V single 0.9 max (+3V Supply) supply. The MAX4626 is normally open (NO), and the 0.1 max R Flatness (+5V Supply) ON MAX4627 is normally closed (NC). The MAX4628 is Overcurrent Protection normally open (NO) and has two control inputs. These Single-Supply Operation (+1.8V to +5.5V) devices also have fast switching speeds (t = 50ns max, ON t = 30ns max). OFF Available in SOT23 Packages When powered from a +5V supply, the MAX4626/ Fast Switching: t = 50ns max, t = 30ns max ON OFF MAX4627/MAX4628 offer 0.5 max on-resistance (R ) ON TTL-Logic Compatible at +5V with 0.1 max R flatness, and their digital logic inputs ON Pin Compatible with MAX4514 (MAX4626) are TTL compatible. These switches also feature over- Pin Compatible with MAX4515 (MAX4627) current protection to prevent device damage from short circuits and excessive loads. The MAX4626 is pin compatible with the MAX4514, and the MAX4627 is pin compatible with the MAX4515.
