Additional Infomation About Product

The BD6995FV-GE2 is a motor driver and motion controller with integrated PWM soft switching, quadruple-soil state driver, and 1.2A current control. It is designed to support a wide range of motors and motion applications including DC motors, brushed motors, stepper motors, CD ROMs, and solenoids. The IC has an adjustable drive current range from 4.5A to 17A, with a peak inrush current of 10A and an adjustable voltage range from 2V to 7V. Additionally, it features an on-chip thermal shutdown circuit to protect the device from over-temperature and a C-MOS logic input signal to provide flexible control. This device is manufactured by ROHM and is available in an SSOP-B16 package.
