The IRFL9014TRPBF is a MOSFET P-Channel enhancement mode power field-effect transistor from Vishay. It has a drain-to-source voltage of 60V and a drain current of 1.1A. This MOSFET is optimized for low-voltage switching applications such as voltage inverters, voltage regulators, and motor controllers, and has a gate voltage range of 4.7 – 20V.
