The TPS7A3001DGNR with LDO Voltage Regulators is a low-noise, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator manufactured by Texas Instruments. It provides a regulated output voltage of -3V to -36V, and is capable of sourcing up to 200mA of current with typical efficiency of greater than 90%. This part includes integrated protection features such as overvoltage protection, current limiting protection, and thermal shutdown protection. The device offers excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz, which without compromising load and line regulation. It also has fast transient response and is stable with ceramic output capacitors as small as 4.7µF. This device operates with an input voltage range from -4.2V to -44V and is housed in a small 3mm x 3mm, thermally-enhanced ThinSOT-23-8 package. It is ideal for use in applications such as USB, medical, and industrial and portable systems.
