NCV33064D-5R2G is a switching-mode regulator from Texas Instruments. It is an adjustable 5-amp synchronous buck regulator with output voltage adjustable from 1.2 V to 18 V. The regulator has over current, under voltage, and overtemperature protection, making it ideal for industrial and automotive applications. It also has a variety of features such as built-in soft-start circuitry and Wide Supply Voltage Range from 4.5 V to 75 V input voltage. The regulator offers high efficiency and low noise operation. The package is a 3-pin nano SMD with exposed thermal pad, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
