The ACS120-7SB-TR is a single-phase brushless DC fan motor IC from STMicroelectronics. It is a high performance, low cost and cost-effective solution for the design of fans and blowers for a wide range of applications including medium-sized fans. The device includes a drive transistor and two integrated gate drivers. It offers different protection mechanisms such as overcurrent protection and over-temperature protection.
