The SEMIWARE SE10F10B12LA is a DFN1006 ESD protection device, designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. It is RoHS compliant, made of surface mountable components, and is specifically designed for low-profile, low-impedance applications. The SE10F10B12LA is designed to protect ESD protection circuits from high voltage contact discharges up to 25kV and air discharges up to 30kV. The device is also designed to ensure lightning and surge protection for Ethernet lines with operation up to 15 kHz, and EMI/RFI noise suppression for signal lines operating up to 1.2 GHz. The SE10F10B12LA is available with low clamping voltage (1.5V typical) and low on-state resistance (0.45 ohms at 25°C typical) to support high efficiency circuit designs.
