VS447 is a metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed primarily for power applications. It is designed to handle higher currents than other components of its type, enabling it to be used in power supplies, DC-DC converters, and motor drives. The device is available as both an enhancement-mode MOSFET, offering fast switching speed, and a depletion-mode MOSFET, offering better current handling but slower switching speed. It features a 447V rated drain-source breakdown voltage at 25°C, 1.4A continuous drain current at 25°C, and 15.4A saturation drain current at 25°C. The device is packaged in DPAK and DPAK-4 terminations.
