The RTH1004MSO with Mixed Signal Scopemeter is a 60 MHz band oscilloscope manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz. It is equipped with four channels and has a maximum of 500kpts memory with a sample rate of up to 500MS/s. This device also has an IP51 rating, providing protection against dust and splashing water. It can capture digital and analog signals at the same time, and can also be used for protocol decoding. This part also has integrated measurements, allowing users to quickly and accurately measure voltage, frequency, pulse width, and other parameters from the hardware.
