The IB0505S-2W with Power Modules SIP RoHS is a single-in-line (SIP) power module manufactured by RLT that is RoHS compliant. This power module is a medium-power switching regulator providing 5V regulated output from an unregulated input voltage of up to 28V. It comes with a wide operating temperature range (-40 to +85°C), over voltage protection, short circuit protection, and thermal protection. The power module also has a low temperature coefficient of less than 0.005%/°C, allowing for excellent regulation of output voltage.
