DATASHEET ISL8282M FN9365 Rev.1.00 15A High Efficiency Hybrid Digital Step-Down Power Module Feb 14, 2019 The ISL8282M is a PMBus enabled DC/DC single Features channel step-down power supply featuring the Proprietary Renesas R4 Technology proprietary Renesas R4 Technology. The module Linear control loop for optimal transient response supports a wide 4.5V to 16.5V input voltage range and a wide 0.5V to 5V output range capable of delivering up to Variable frequency and duty cycle control during 15A of continuous current. The ISL8282M achieves up load transient for fastest possible response to 95% conversion efficiency and is optimized for high Inherent voltage feed-forward for wide range power density. Integrated LDOs provide module bias input voltage allowing for single supply operation. The 2 ISL8282M includes a SMBus/PMBus/I C interface for Input voltage range: 4.5V to 16.5V device configuration, telemetry (V , V , I , and IN OUT OUT Output voltage range: 0.5V to 5V temperature), and fault reporting. 1.5% load/line/temperature regulation with remote The proprietary Renesas R4 control scheme has extremely sense fast transient performance, accurately regulated Supports all ceramic solutions frequency control, and all internal compensation.
