The Omron 44506-4700 is a 23-stage logic output module designed for use with Omron’s CJ1, CJ2, and CS series PLCs. It contains two independent logic outputs, each with a maximum of 12 stages, for a total of 23 stages. It includes two open-collector output channels and two PNP output transistors. The output module is optically isolated from the PLC, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. The open-collector outputs offer greater flexibility in controlling connected devices, while the PNP outputs provide greater reliability and therefore better protection against no-load condition and short circuits.
