The 74LVC16374ADGG.112 is a high performance 16-bit registered dual port RAM (random access memory) manufactured by Nexperia. It is a low voltage component that operates with a voltage range of 1.5V to 3.6V. The RAM is composed of two independent 8-bit ports, each with a data width of 8 bits and an address width of 9 bits. It also includes two programmable input parameters needed to configure the memory block such as CANRW (Read/Write) and CANOE (Output Enable). The RAM has an access time of 6.5ns, is temperature compensated to improve performance and is designed to be pin and function compatible with 74LVC16374ADGG.112 from other manufacturers.
