74AXP1T34 Dual supply translating buffer Rev. 1 22 December 2015 Product data sheet 1. General description The 74AXP1T34 is a dual supply translating buffer. It features one input (A), an output (Y) and dual supply pins (V and V ). The inputs are referenced to V and the output is CCI CCO CCI referenced to V . All inputs can be connected directly to V or GND. V can be CCO CCI CCI supplied at any voltage between 0.7 V and 2.75 V and V can be supplied at any CCO voltage between 1.2 V and 5.5 V. This feature allows voltage level translation. Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant of slower input rise and fall times. This device ensures very low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire supply range and is fully specified for partial power down applications using I . The I OFF OFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the potentially damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down. 2.
