The Nexperia 74AHCT1G14GW.125 is a small signal Schmitt trigger inverter contained in an ultra-small SOT23-5 package. It features a low power consumption, low on-resistance, and high noise immunity making it an ideal addition to any mixed-signal application. This device also features a low threshold voltage, high gain, hysteresis, and a controlled transition time. With a single supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V, it is capable of working withmicrocontrollers and other digital signal processors. It is especially useful in medical and automotive applications where noise immunity is of particular importance.
