The NB-530/R is a code compliant fire rated double acting traffic door designed and manufactured by NewBrand. It is designed to meet the requirements of NFPA 80 requirements for installation on a fire door rated for 3 hours and can offer up to 4 hours of fire protection in a properly constructed physical assembly. The door is constructed of 20 gauge galvannealed steel frames and 14 gauge galvannealed steel lower frames, and is available in single or double bypass configurations. The door includes a latch system and is available with a variety of options such as continuous hinges, closing devices, panic bars, and Mullions for enhanced area of rescue assist. The NB-530/R is tested in accordance with UL 10C and labeled for use with drywall and/or masonry walls with a maximum fire protection rating of 3 hours.
