MPQ4425B High-Efficiency, 1.5A, 36V, 400kHz, Synchronous, Step-Down, LED Driver, AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ4425B is a high-frequency, Wide 4V to 36V Operating Input Range synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode 85m/50m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) white LED driver with built-in power MOSFETs. MOSFETs It offers a compact solution to achieve a 1.5A of High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode continuous output current with excellent load and Operation line regulation over a wide input supply range. Default 400kHz Switching Frequency Synchronous mode operation ensures high PWM Dimming (Min 100Hz Dimming efficiency, while current mode operation Frequency) provides fast transient responses and eases Forced CCM Mode loop stabilization. Additional features include 0.2V Reference Voltage over-current protection (OCP) and thermal Internal Soft Start shutdown (TSD).
