MCP14A0303/4/5 3A Dual MOSFET Driver with Low Threshold Input and Enable Features General Description High-Peak Output Current: 3A (typical) The MCP14A0303/4/5 devices are high-speed dual MOSFET drivers that are capable of providing up to 3A Wide Input Supply Voltage Operating Range: of peak current while operating from a single 4.5V to - 4.5 to 18V 18V supply.
