MIC5190 Micrel MIC5190 Ultra High-Speed, High-Current Active Filter/LDO Controller General Description Features Input voltage range: The MIC5190 is an ultra high-speed linear regulator. It uses V = 0.9V to 5.5V an external N-Channel FET as its power device.
