MAX6622 19-3003 Rev 0 12/07 5-Channel Precision Temperature Monitor General Description Features Four Thermal-Diode Inputs The MAX6622 precision multichannel temperature sen- sor monitors its own temperature and the temperatures Local Temperature Sensor of up to four external diode-connected transistors.
