The ES5AB is a Hyperfast SMB RoHS rectifier diode manufactured by Jingdao. It is a surface mount, ultra-fast switching, low forward voltage drop component typically used in high-frequency switching power supplies, adapters, PFC circuits, LED lighting, SMPS, etc. It is a high temperature, low VF, fast reverse recovery device which ensures low switching losses and minimal EMI noise. It is RoHS compliant and has a rated current of 5A and voltage rating of 500V. Its capacitance range is from 1.2pF to 40nF.
