The IS25WP032D-JBLE with NOR Flash 32M QPI/QSPI 8-pin SOP 208mil ET is a Flash Memory chip manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI). It features a 3V single-power supply, a uniform 4KB sector size, and an integrated error correction capability. It has an 8-pin SOP 208mil ET package and provides fast program/erase cycles and high endurance. This device can store 32 million bits of data and is suitable for non-volatile storage of large amounts of code, and has a quad-Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI) that supports not only Serial Peripheral Interface but also Quad-SPI, allowing for maximum data throughput at 135MHz with minimal power consumption. It also has a proprietary internal Execution Protection System (EPS) that prevents the shock and vibration-induced unintentional code execution.
