IS25LP080D-JBLE-TR is an 8M QSPI NOR Flash Memory manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI). It is housed in an 8-pin SOP 208mil ET package, making it ideal for space saving applications. This memory is capable of operating across a broad temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. It has an access time of 30ns/25ns and a clock frequency of 60MHz/50MHz. Preferred for embedded applications, this NOR Flash memory is feature-packed as it supports Execute-in-Place (XIP), Dual Quad SPI, x8/x16 Data I/O. It also supports Block Erase, Page Program and Byte Program operations, as well as RES and Deep Power-downs. Furthermore, it supports Error Correction Code (ECC) and Error Detection Code (EDC).
