The HVDIODE 2CL20KV-100mA is an ultra-fast, surge-tolerant, glass-passivated, general-purpose DO-840 RoHS-compliant Diode. It provides a widely distributed low forward voltage drop, reverse current leakage, and surge current capability. The 2CL20KV-100mA has a reverse voltage rating of 200 volts and a forward current rating of 100 milliamps. It is designed to handle up to 20 kilovolts of peak reverse surge current per pulse and to be used in various high-reliability, low-power, voltage-control applications such as switching power supplies, rectifiers, and signal detectors. The DO-840 package is formed of a black plastic case and epoxy-filled, permitting a convenient automated flow soldering process. The diode is also RoHS compliant and ISO-9000 Certified.
