The P279SEAL with Gasket is a series of IP68 electronic parts manufactured by Gainta, with ratings that range from IP68 to IP69K. This series consists of four parts, all of which are designed and manufactured to rated dust and water ingress requirements. Designed for use in harsh and extreme environments, the P279SEAL with Gasket has excellent sealing properties, with proven performance against leakage and wet seepage. The series is made up of the P279-IP68, P279C-IP68, P279CMF-IP68 and P279MF-IP68. The P279-IP68 is a single-piece, dust proof, molded gasket seal in one size, while the other three parts are multi-piece, rubber treated, gasket seals. The P279C-IP68 and P279CMF-IP68 are two-piece seals, while the P279MF-IP68 is a three-piece seal. All of these seals are certified for a wide range of shift and shock conditions, as well as temperatures ranging from -50°C to 100°C. The multi-piece seals are easily adjustable, allowing for the perfect fit for the respective application, and offer added flexibility in terms of their configuration.
