FT93C46A-USG-T

The FT93C46A-USG-T is a standard serial peripheral interface (SPI) non-volatile electronic memory manufactured by Fremont Micro Devices. It is an 8-pin, plastic, surface mount device (SOP-8) and is compliant with European RoHS regulations. This EEPROM has a capacity of 1024 bits with its 128x8 or 64x16 organization. It has an 11-byte register configuration option for addressing and status bits. The memory offers auto-addressing plus a write-protect option and optional command locking. It also has a broad operating voltage range of 2.5 to 5.5 volts, low-power CMOS technology, and fast serial interface for data transfer.
