YS TechnologyThe EG2003 SOP-8 Gate Drive ICs ROHS manufactured by EGYS Technology is a high-performance, integrated single-channel half-bridge gate driver to drive MOSFET/IGBT switches. The device features an integrated nanopower start-up circuit, which enables the device to be started up by a supply voltage as low as 3.0V. With a 1.5A peak output current and up to 5V of driving voltage the device can be used to drive medium and low-side MOSFETs and IGBTs. Its low propagation delays of 0.5us, adjustable slew rate, adjustable dead time, UVLO and programmable fault protection features, this device will be useful for applications such as Motor drives, industrial and home appliance applications.
