They provide a continuous ground path between an operator and a properly grounded ESD protected flooring. These foot grounders are designed for use on standard shoes. They can be easily adjusted to fit most individuals. Descos foot grounders have a lining that prevents carbon marks on shoes. Foot grounder model 17260 has a discrete two megohm resistor built into the contact strip.
