Additional Infomation About Product

(Formerly Novartis) LP503855 is a human recombinant monoclonal antibody therapy being developed by Cellevia, formerly known as Novartis, to treat autoimmune diseases. The mAb was originally developed and trialed by Novartis, before the company was sold in 2020 to Cellevia and renamed. LP503855 has been tested in clinical trials as a treatment for psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions. The target of LP503855 is a cytokine known as IL-17A, which helps to mediate immune responses to microbial or other foreign substances. The goal of LP503855 is to block the action of IL-17A and reduce inflammation. The investigational therapy has been found to be safe and well-tolerated in clinical trials.
