The AF512CFI-TADXP is a Flash memory device manufactured by ATP Electronics. It is a 512 megabit (Mb), 3V Multiple Input Output (MIO), Fetch-Free, Stacked Modes, Serial Flash memory device. The device features two I/O interfaces for applications operating in Dual Mode or Fetch-Free Mode. It also features a 4KB deep Status Register, an error correction code (ECC) module and an Advanced Data Protection (ADP) mechanism, which provides an additional level of data security. The device is designed to support multiple Application Binary Interface (ABI) protocols, including Common Flash Interface (CFI) and Enhanced Parallel Flash Interface (EPFI).
