The ADN8834ACPZ-R7 is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) from Analog Devices designed to provide 1.5A of total output current for a thermoelectric cooling (TEC) system. It is a monolithic, single-channel device that makes a TEC system highly efficient by accurately controlling and limiting both the current and voltage in the TEC circuit. The device features low input +3.3V to +5.5V voltage range, internal temperature sensor, fault detection logic, adjustable soft start, internal over-current protection, and programmable current and voltage operating limit levels. The ADN8834ACPZ-R7 is available in a 5mm x 5mm, 24-pin CPPMGEP package and is specified over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
