The EPCQ4ASI8N with FPGA Configuration Memory is a non-volatile, electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) manufactured by Intel. This memory is used by Intel's FPGA and CPLD families and is a component in Intel's flash configuration products. The EPCQ4ASI8N memory is capable of storing up to 4 Mbits of data and is capable of being programmed and reconfigured in-system without requiring external programming hardware. Its features include a low power consumption of just 1.9 mW, a fast programming time of just 3 ms, a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +85 C, a high storage capacity, and the capability to accept new configuration data while powered-up.
