Additional Infomation About Product

The TCST1103 Optical Switch with Phototransistor Output Transistor is a transmissive type, V DE and AEC-Q101 qualified, long infrared LED operating optical sensor from Vishay. It is designed to detect an object passing through an opening, such as a slot, and to provide a TTL-level output. This device is housed in a versatile and compact 2-pin SOP package with an integrated slotted artificial diffuser. It features integrated L1 and L2 lenses to create a compact solution, with a reference plane clearly marked on the package for easier design-in. With a low voltage supply requirement of 2.7 - 5.5 V, it supports operation up to a temperature of -40°C to +105°C, enabling reliable operation in a wide variety of applications.
